Our company carries a name that goes back generations: it belongs to our founder, Despard (or Desi for short), as well as his great-great-great-grandfather, an early Vancouver Island surveyor who shared our commitment to this place. We began in residential construction, where we learned to communicate clearly, listen well, and treat people with respect. As we grew into civil construction, we kept those values at the centre, pairing them with proven experience and the operational discipline to build infrastructure our communities can rely on for decades.
