As a ground-up project, Saunders Street required the complete installation of critical street infrastructure from the outset. We delivered a full-scale civil construction scope, beginning with slab-on-grade preparation before executing precise roadway grading and paving. Our team installed new sidewalks and curbs, integrated modern drainage and underground utility systems, and completed street lighting to support long-term functionality and visibility. High-quality concrete finishing and accessibility features, including curb cuts and ramps, ensure the street is built to serve the entire community.
With final grading and boulevard preparation setting the stage for future landscaping, the completed project establishes Saunders Street as a durable, well-built streetscape designed for years of use.
