This multi-phase Happy Valley project began with precision excavation support for shear blasting operations, requiring tight coordination, disciplined site control, and responsive material management to maintain safe, efficient production.
As development progressed, our team completed underground servicing, manholes, drainage systems, retaining walls, and full foundation preparation, including slab-on-grade prep, doweling, anchoring, and drilling. Working closely with engineers, geotechnical consultants, the City of Langford, and the developer, we helped guide the project through each milestone, resulting in a fully serviced, structurally sound site ready for continued residential construction.
