Delivering utility infrastructure for a mixed-use development.
This project supported an upcoming mixed-use residential development with ground-floor commercial space, which required integrated underground servicing for both residential and retail operations. Our team worked closely with Aragon and BC Hydro to manage service applications, approvals, inspections, and tie-ins, ensuring all duct banks, conduits, and service structures met utility standards for timely energization.
From excavation and trenching through installation, backfill, compaction, and surface restoration, we delivered the underground scope turnkey. Working within tight urban constraints and an active construction schedule, we coordinated with multiple trades while maintaining precise grades and required separations around existing utilities. The result was fully compliant, service-ready infrastructure installed efficiently and ready to support occupancy without delay.
